Terms and conditions:

1. Cancellations by by the client

Cancellations must be made by email, by contacting Fargosha at attune@fargosha.com

Individual sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or in the event of a no-show, the full session fee is payable.

Exceptional circumstances: Fargosha Sound Healing understands that unexpected circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions to the cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation or Changes by Fargosha Sound Healing

Fargosha Sound Healing reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, relocate, or make reasonable changes to a session or activity due to illness, safety concerns, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasonable causes.

If an activity is cancelled by Fargosha Sound Healing, participants will be offered a refund or, where appropriate, the option to transfer their booking to another date.

3. Health and Participation

Sound healing is a complementary wellbeing practice and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other professional healthcare.

Participants are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for them and for informing Fargosha Sound Healing of relevant health conditions, pregnancy, medication use, hearing sensitivities, or other circumstances that may affect safe participation.

Participation is voluntary, and participants may stop a session or activity at any time.

4. Personal Responsibility

Participants remain responsible for their decision to participate, their conduct, and for communicating relevant health concerns or discomfort.

Individual experiences and results vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

5. Respectful Conduct

Participants are expected to treat facilitators and equipment with respect.

Fargosha Sound Healing reserves the right to refuse or end participation where a person's behaviour is unsafe, seriously disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate.

No refund will be provided where participation is ended due to serious misconduct, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property and Recordings

Website content, written materials, logo, name, exercises, recordings, photographs, and other materials created by Fargosha Sound Healing may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, or used commercially without prior permission.

Participants may not photograph, film, or record sessions or other participants without permission.

7. Privacy Policy

Fargosha Sound Healing respects your privacy and handles your personal information with care.

• Information collected: We may collect your name, contact details, booking information, and payment-related information necessary to process your booking.

• How your information is used: Your information is used only to manage bookings, process payments, communicate with you about your booking, and meet legal or administrative obligations. It will not be shared with any other third parties.

• Online payments: Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Fargosha Sound Healing does not directly store your full payment card or bank details.

• Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, where applicable under privacy law.
